Our administrative staff can address questions and issues related to MVHO's management and operations:


Our resident affairs staff works with tenants who are at high risk for losing their housing, partnering with the tenants' case managers and accessing community resources:

 

Our tenant services staff processes applications, completes lease signings, and addresses concerns and issues of tenants at MVHO-owned properties:

 

Our rental assistance staff processes applications, conducts inspections and addresses concerns and issues with the Shelter+Care rental assistance program:

 

Our New Hope Villa staff provides 24-hour operations at our senior housing facility on Infirmary Road. They have a separate phone number, (937) 268-0161:
